Of uncertain vintage, the Pentacon 135mm F/2.8 is a substantial medium telephoto optic for Interchangeable mount-mount cameras. Its 5 elements in 4 groups layout follows a Heliar formula, valued for smooth, almost three-dimensional rendering. With a bright f/2.8 maximum aperture and 15-blade diaphragm, it excels at rendering subject separation and pleasing background blur. The lens accepts 55mm screw-in filters and relies on manual focus only. I have personally used and tested this lens.
